Our Story...
Des Moines House Concerts
was born from a passion for seeing live music and a collection of friends wanting to see shows closer to home. We hosted our first show in 2016, we knew sharing music with the public and bringing it closer to the fans in an intimate setting, all while providing a much needed break for touring musicians was needed. Think of it as a private listening room where we welcome all music fans & ALL donations go to the artists.

All of our Artists
are provided with dinner, a place to stay for the night, appetizers & drinks with the fans, 100% of door, and sometimes even breakfast the next morning!
All of our shows
are acoustic(with the occasional amplified set up). All shows are donation based, with the occasional ticketed show, and always 100% going directly to the artist(s). The music we support includes both national and local singer songwriter acts. See specific details in Event listing. All ages are welcome(unless otherwise indicated) Guests bring their favorite drink (alcohol 21+ enforced) and a side dish to share(Optional).
